Revenue at a glance
The two cells up top show your total monthly and annual revenue. The table beside them splits it by program, so you can see what MMA brings in next to kids BJJ.

Your programs, your ranks
List your programs ("Kids BJJ", "MMA") and ranks ("Blue Belt") once on the Set Up tab, set your currency, and every member row picks from them.

Overdue turns red
Age and Owes update on their own. When a payment is overdue, the row highlights in red, so you know who to talk to before class.

One click to cancel
Untick the box on the left to mark a member inactive, and revenue drops them instantly. Changed their price? Mark the old row inactive and start a new one as "NAME - 02".

Every payment, logged
Log each payment on the Payment Log tab: name, date, amount. The name matches the Members tab. A refund is just another row with a negative number.

Open the sheet
It opens view-only, straight in Google Sheets. There's no form, and please don't request edit access. You won't need it.

Yes. It's a Google Sheet you copy into your own Drive, and it stays free forever. No email, no sign-up and no card. It doesn't have every feature a paid tracker has, but it will never send you a bill.
Open the sheet, go to File and choose Make a copy. Without a copy you can't edit the template. Please don't request edit access on the original, because the copy is how it's meant to work.
Yes, completely normal. The cells with formulas are protected so they can't be changed by accident, with exceptions on every cell you're supposed to edit. You can remove it under Data, then Protected sheets and ranges, but we strongly advise against it, because changing the formulas changes how the sheet works.
Total monthly and annual revenue, revenue by program, each member's age and what they owe. Overdue payments are highlighted in red automatically.
