A Muay Thai gym full of fighters is a great gym and a small business.

The growth is in the people who would never call themselves fighters: the office worker who wants the best workout of her week, the dad who wants his son to stand taller.

01 The buyer

Not a fighter. Yet.

Fight posters speak to people who already fight. The Martial Club had 25 of them, focused on adult Muay Thai, inside another gym that took a cut of every membership.

The next 127 members came from buyers Constantin wasn't reaching yet: adults chasing a workout with a skill attached, women who wanted a class of their own, and parents who wanted their kids to learn to stand up for themselves.

Adults 18 to 48, women who want a women's-only class, and parents of kids.

Sell the workout, then the art.

For Muay Thai we lead with the class people can picture themselves in: pads, sweat, a coach calling combinations, a room that cheers. The women's program gets its own ads and its own voice, because a lot of women would only walk into a class built for them.

Each program is its own campaign with its own offer, so the kids ad never reads like the fight team ad.

The Martial ClubAlbuquerque, NM · since January 2025

Constantin Manthey started with us in January 2025 with 25 students, one adult program and a lease inside another gym. The student growth let him reinvest: new programs, more classes, more staff.

He launched a kids program and a women's-only program, expanded the schedule, raised his membership prices and kept growing. Revenue grew 8X, and The Martial Club moved into its own dedicated building.

New programs. A kids program and a women's-only program.

I've grown my total student count from roughly 20-22 students to 36 students. That includes people who jumped off from contracts that expired.

The questions we hear on calls with Muay Thai school owners. Bring the rest to yours.

Lead with the class, not the fight. Ads show pad work, coaching and a room of normal people getting fit, and the offer is a free first class. Fight team content lives on the site, where it builds credibility without putting beginners off.

If you have the space and coaches, they are the fastest way to grow past your fighters. The Martial Club launched both, and they are a big part of how it went from 25 to 152 students.

Constantin did. With steady demand from new programs and a fuller schedule, The Martial Club increased membership prices and kept growing, which is how revenue grew 8X while student count grew six-fold.

Yes. Meta ads reach people who haven't started looking yet, and Google ads catch the ones searching for Muay Thai or kickboxing near them right now. The Martial Club ran both, plus SEO for Albuquerque searches.
